Cheng Xuduo, born in November 1957 in Anqing, Anhui Province, is currently a professor at the School of Food Science and Engineering, Nanjing University of Finance and Economics.

Obtained a master's degree in engineering from Tsinghua University in June 1989, majoring in general mechanics

Research areas:

Mainly engaged in the research of grain properties and grain storage technology, presided over a research on the National Natural Science Foundation of China (31371865), presided over a research on a sub-project of the National Eleventh Five-Year Plan (2009BADA0B00-4-5), presided over the first Research on a sub-project of the national public welfare industry scientific research project (201313001`-1), and presided over the research on 5 provincial-level projects. More than 60 papers have been published in journals such as "American Journal of Agriculture and Bioengineering", "Hydrodynamic Research and Progress" (English version), "Journal of Tsinghua University" (English version), "Journal of Space Science", "Food Science", "Journal of the Chinese Cereals and Oils Association", "Grain Storage", of which 4 papers were indexed by SCI and 6 papers were indexed by EI.
